What you are buying
A named 1 m² cell on our First District map in the Sea of Tranquility, an optional public listing, a permalink, and a ceremonial PDF. One Meter on the Moon is run by YanJon LLC.
What you are not buying
Land, title, minerals, air rights, sovereignty, or anything a country, treaty, or telescope would recognize. The Outer Space Treaty already says no nation may own the Moon. We agree. The certificate says NOT A TITLE because that is the truth.
Refunds
Don’t like it? Email hello@onemeteronthemoon.com and we’ll refund you. The square goes back on the map. Any PDF you already saved is yours to keep; it still isn’t a title.
If the purchase was a gift, the gift link will stop showing a live square once we refund. Two touching meters are refunded together — both squares go back on the map.
Names on the wall
Your name (or theirs) appears on the public map only if you check the box. We keep an email so we can send the deed or a gift link. See Privacy.
